The Complete Home Design Service

The Complete Home Design Service Plan provides top to bottom design services to the clients who desire unique, well thought-out interior spaces for their homes.

The ultimate goal is to make the process easy and stress-free for you, and to deliver a result that will far surpass your expectations.

Phase 1 – Consultation + Assessment + Agreement

The first step is to visit your home for a consultation and site assessment to help determine your needs for the project. We will talk about layout ideas, materials, budget, style, trade resources, priorities, and how we work and communicate with you during the design process.

Phase 2 – Concept and Design

Our design team develops layout plans to strategize and resolve any known issues, as well as to address your style and functional needs based on our discussions. We will also provide inspiration photos to help with visualization of plans.

We will provide layout plans for the kitchen, master bathroom, and utility room.

Phase 3 – Presentation

We present our ideas to you in person onsite, or at our office, walking through all the features and options. Up to two revisions are included. We deliver a full set of drawings and a written job scope to your qualified contractors for bids.

Phase 4 – Materials Selection + Interior Detailing

The next step is to select the materials and finishes for your project based on your style and functional needs. We will make recommendations on the specific items as follows:

Cabinet Style - Countertops - Flooring - Lighting - Plumbing fixtures - Appliances - Grout Color - Door and Cabinet Hardware - Paint colors for walls, ceiling, trim, doors - Interior door style - Exterior door style - Backsplash tile - Bathroom tile - Tubs.

We will schedule the meeting in-person and at showrooms. To make the best use of your time, and streamline the process, we pre-select all finish materials for your approval. We will schedule a special slab yard visit to choose countertops.

Phase 5 - Delivery

We will provide a “Selection Sheet” with all your approved selections carefully documented, down to the grout color. You can share this information with your general contractor for materials ordering. Two revisions are included.
